Abstract
• In April 2021, Mamuju deflation of 0.21 percent. Deflation is due to the decrease in the price indicated by the decline in some types of expenses, the group index of food, beverages and tobacco 0.70 percent; health group 0.95 percent; Transport group by 0.03 percent; and group information, communication and financial services 0.38 percent. Meanwhile, expenditure group that experienced inflation, namely the group clothing and footwear 0.49 percent; housing, water, electricity, and fuel 0.07 percent of households; group fixtures, equipment and routine household maintenance 0.33 percent; groups providing food and beverage / restaurant 0.81 percent; and group personal care and other services 0.14 percent.
• The level of the index change of the calendar year in April 2021 in Mamuju recorded inflation of 2.72 percent and the rate of change in the index year-on-year (April 2021 to April 2020) showed a 2.84 percent inflation.
• Based on the Consumer Price Survey of 90 cities in Indonesia in April 2021, showed that 72 cities experienced inflation and 18 cities experienced deflation. The highest inflation was in Kotamobagu lows of 1.31 percent and 0.01 percent in Yogyakarta. While the highest deflation occurred in Jayapura by 1.26 percent and the lowest at 0.02 percent Tanjung Pandan.
