BPS West Sulawesi Holds FGD Review of Public Service Standards

Mamuju, 5 March 2024 - The Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of West Sulawesi Province (Sulbar) today held a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) Review of Public Service Standards. This activity aims to improve the quality of public services at BPS West Sulawesi.

Head of BPS West Sulawesi, Tina Wahyufitri, said that this review of public service standards is carried out periodically based on the components mentioned in PermenpanRB Number 15 of 2014.

"This Service Standard is prepared for each type of service provided. We at BPS West Sulawesi Province have four types of services, namely: library services, statistical consultation services, statistical product sales services, and statistical activity recommendation services," said Tina.

Tina added that the draft service standards for each type of service had been disseminated to the public and related parties to obtain input.

"In this FGD, we ask for active participation from you to jointly discuss and provide suggestions for improvements to existing service standards," she hoped.
