Abstract

Based on the Consumer Price Survey of 90 cities in Indonesia in June 2020, showed that 76 cities experienced inflation and 14 cities experienced deflation. Highest Inflation in Kendari by 1.33 percent and the lowest at 0.01 percent Makassar. While the highest deflation occurred in Ternate at 0.34 percent and the lowest at 0.02 percent Padangsidimpuan. Mamuju Occupying the 11th of 76 cities that experienced inflation.
Deflation in Mamuju in July 2020 occurred because of this price reduction indicated by a fall in some expenditure group index namely food group, beverages and tobacco 0.40 percent; health 0.31 percent; transportation 1.27 percent; and information, communication groups, and financial services 0.19 percent.
 The rate of change in the calendar year index of July 2020 in Mamuju inflation is 2.13 percent and the rate of change in the index for the year to year (July 2020 against July 2019) is 2.90 inflation percent.
