Abstract

Inflation in Mamuju in October 2014 was due to an increase in prices as indicated by an increase in the price index in 4 expenditure groups, namely: the processed food, beverages, cigarettes and tobacco group 0.02 percent; housing, water, electricity, gas and fuel group 0.60 percent; health group 0.18 percent; and the transportation, communication and financial services group of 0.18 percent. Meanwhile, the foodstuffs, clothing and education, recreation and sports groups experienced a decrease in index, respectively -0.60 percent, 0.22 percent and -0.01 percent
