Strengthening Supervision: BPS Sulbar Inaugurates APBN Financial Management Analysts

Mamuju (14/10/2024) – Head of BPS West Sulawesi Province, Tina Wahyufitri, inaugurated two employees within BPS Sulbar as functional officials in an event held in the BPS Sulbar office hall and accompanied by all employees. The inauguration of these functional officials is part of ASN career development and provides for the needs of employees at BPS Sulbar. The inaugurated officials, Suherman Bontong and Reski, now hold the role of Junior Expert APBN Financial Management Analysts at BPS Sulbar.

“This inauguration gives you the main mandate to oversee the use of the budget so that it is better, more efficient, transparent, and accountable in accordance with applicable provisions,” said Tina.

Tina also conveyed a message to the newly appointed functional officials to create innovation, especially in the recommendations for improvements contained in the 2024 Integrity Zone Development Evaluation Results Report.

In addition, she reminded the importance of the guard system that has been built at BPS Sulbar to realize bureaucratic accountability in the BPS environment throughout West Sulawesi.

"To all BPS Sulbar employees, our task is not just to stop producing numbers, but to make statistics meaningful and have an impact on the country of Indonesia that we love. Armed with the skills and expertise that you have, we must be able to contribute to public services to stakeholders according to their respective requests," concluded Tina.
