Sample Selected, BPS Sulbar Attends Audit Desk Entry Meeting First Quarter 2024 BPS RI Inspectorate

Mamuju, 5 March 2024 - West Sulawesi Province Central Statistics Agency (BPS) took part in the 2024 First Quarter Audit Desk Entry Meeting via Zoom Meeting on Tuesday (5/3) which was opened by the Regional I Inspector of the Indonesian BPS Inspectorate, Hanif Yahya. BPS West Sulawesi was represented by the Head of BPS West Sulawesi, Tina Wahyufitri, Head of General Affairs, Markus Uda, and the team.

Apart from BPS West Sulawesi, representatives from BPS Pasangkayu Regency and BPS Tulungagung Regency were also present at this meeting as selected samples for the 2024 First Quarter Audit Desk inspection. Hanif Yahya said that this inspection would take place over 11 working days.

Documents examined include cash administration, regular official travel expenditures, meeting package expenditures, capital expenditures, ST2023 activity expenditures, and expenditures for goods over IDR 50,000,000.

"We hope that everything can be implemented well and hopefully the deadlines we have set can be met so that in the exit meeting process we can get optimal results," said Hanif. Hanif added that the exit meeting will be held on March 20 2024.
