BPS of Sulawesi Barat Province carried out technical guidance for the Internal Assessment Team (Bimtek TPI) in the Bappeda Hall, Thursday (24/11/2022). Previously it had been determined as many as 15 people from Bappeda and Diskominfopers who had been SK-approved by the Regional Secretary to become part of TPI in Sulawesi Barat Province in 2022. They were then given guidance on the assessment procedures by the Agency Assessment Team (TPB) from the Provincial BPS of Sulawesi Barat.
TPI will serve as an assessor for one of the Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) which will become the locus of assessment in 2022 with the theme Evaluation of the Implementation of Sectoral Statistics (EPSS). Misnawati Mansur as a resource person from TPB explained that later there would be as many as 38 worksheets (LK) that had to be filled in by TPI to fulfill the assessment requirements. "The collaboration and cooperation of Mr/Mrs TPI will produce an indicator that shows the achievement of sectoral statistics in the Regional Government called the Statistical Development Index (IPS)," Misna explained.
Previously, M. La'bi as chairman of the Sulawesi Barat Province EPSS task force said that this was the first activity carried out so it was important to look objectively at the achievements of Sulawesi Barat Province in the implementation of sectoral statistics. Hasanuddin, the coordinator of TPI agreed to this, "We are not burdened as TPI for certain IPS achievements, but we only take pictures objectively," he emphasized.
The implementation of the event lasted until the afternoon and closed with a joint commitment to reach an assessment according to a predetermined schedule. The implementation of the internal assessment will be carried out starting November 28 2022, then it will be verified by the TPB and then it is hoped that there will be an IPS no later than December 28 2022.
