Abstract
Based on the results of the 90 city consumer price survey in Indonesia in November 2023, the highest year on year (yoy) inflation occurred in Tanjung Pandan by 5.89 percent with CPI of 120.62 and the lowest occurred in Jayapura with Yoy inflation of 1.82 percent with CPI of 112.99. Yoy inflation in Mamuju was 2.21 percent with CPI of 115.80 ranks 8 of the 90 CPI cities.
Yoy inflation in Mamuju City occurs because of the price increase shown by the increase in most of the expenditure groups, namely the food, beverage and tobacco groups 3.07 percent; clothing and footwear by 2.85 percent; housing, water, electricity, and household fuel groups by 1.07 percent; Groups of Equipment, Equipment, and Routine Maintenance of Households by 1.75 percent; health group by 3.84 percent; Transportation group of 1.75 percent; Recreation, sports and culture groups by 0.82 percent; education group by 0.75 percent; Food and beverage/restaurant supply group by 2.20 percent; and private maintenance groups and other services by 4.05 percent. While the expenditure group that experienced a decline in index was the information, communication and financial services group by 1.25 percent.
The Month to Month Deflation rate November 2023 is 0.28 percent and the inflation rate of Year to Date (YTD) or the November 2023 calendar year is 1.68 percent.
