Abstract
• In March 2021, the level of inequality of residents of Sulawesi Barat Province which was measured by Gini Ratio was recorded at 0.356. This number tends to not experience
Change when compared to Gini Ratio September 2020. Meanwhile, when compared to Gini Ratio March 2020 which amounted to 0.364, this March 2021 ratio fell by 0.008 points.
• Gini ratio in urban areas in March 2021 was recorded at 0.446, an increase of 0.009 if compared to Gini Ratio September 2020 which amounted to 0.437 and increased by 0.010 when compared to Gini Ratio March 2020 which amounted to 0.436. While the gini ratio in rural areas in March 2021 was recorded at 0.321 tend to remain good if compared to Gini Ratio September 2020 and this March 2020 ratio ratio.
• In March 2021, the distribution of population groups 40 percent bottom was 19.02 percent. This means that population expenditure is still in the category of low inequality levels. If specified according to the region, in the urban area the number is recorded at 15.72 percent which means it is in the category of medium inequality. While for rural areas, the numbers were recorded at 20.24 percent, which meant being included in the category of low inequality.
