Abstract

The West Sulawesi economy in 2014 measured based on Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) based on current prices reached 29.39 Trillion Rupiah and GRDP per capita reached 23.36 Million Rupiah.

The economy of West Sulawesi in 2014 grew 8.73 percent. From the production side, the highest growth was achieved by the manufacturing industry by 35.92 percent. In terms of expenditure the highest growth was achieved by the Export Component of 19.53 percent.

The economy of West Sulawesi in the fourth quarter of 2014 compared to the fourth quarter of 2013 (y-on-y) grew by 10.90 percent, moving a little faster than the previous quarter which amounted to 10.54 percent.

West Sulawesi's economy in the fourth quarter of 2014 grew 1.23 percent when compared to the previous quarter (q-to-q). This condition slowed from the previous quarter which grew 4.39 percent.
