Abstract

Inflation in Mamuju in May 2014 was due to an increase in prices as indicated by an increase in the price index in all expenditure groups, namely: the foodstuffs group by 0.76 percent, the processed food group, beverages, cigarettes and tobacco 0.34 percent; housing, water, electricity, gas and fuel group 0.82 percent; clothing group 0.21 percent; health group 0.29 percent; education, recreation and sports 0.04 percent; and the transportation, communication and financial services group 0.03 percent.
