Job Rotation at BPS Sulbar, Hope to Improve Performance and Achieve WBBM

Mamuju, December 16, 2024 - Head of BPS West Sulawesi Province, Tina Wahyufitri, inaugurated new administrator officials in the BPS district environment. This job rotation is expected to improve performance and bring BPS Sulbar to achieve the predicate of Corruption-Free Area (WBK) and Clean and Serving Bureaucratic Area (WBBM). The inauguration took place solemnly in the BPS Hall of West Sulawesi Province.

In her remarks, Tina Wahyufitri expressed her appreciation to officials who had completed their duties well.

“Job rotation is a healthy organizational dynamic. Through this rotation, we hope to provide opportunities for officials to develop their potential and make greater contributions to BPS,” said Tina.

Furthermore, Tina emphasized the importance of achieving the predicate of Corruption-Free Area (WBK) and Clean and Serving Bureaucratic Area (WBBM). The achievement of BPS Polewali Mandar Regency which has achieved the WBK predicate is an inspiration for other BPS regencies.

"I am optimistic, with a new spirit and high commitment, BPS Sulbar will be able to achieve more brilliant achievements," she said.
