Development of Manufacturing Industry Production in Sulawesi Barat Province 2022

BPS-Statistics of Sulawesi Barat periodically conducts the Monthly Large and Medium Industry Survey (SIBS) and the Quarterly Micro and Small Industry Survey (VIMK). These two surveys were conducted to capture the performance of the manufacturing industry sector on a monthly and quarterly basis in the Sulawesi Barat region. The output of the two surveys is presented in the form of quarterly manufacturing industry production index growth which is used to calculate the growth rate of the manufacturing industry from the micro to large scale. This figure is also used as the basis for calculating the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP), especially the manufacturing industry sector. This publication is structured as a Monthly SIBS and Quarterly VIMK Activity Report for 2022 which presents the performance of the manufacturing industry according to the two-digit Indonesian Business Field Standard Classification (KBLI) 2015 based on the "International Standard Industrial Classification of All Economic Activities (ISIC)" Revision 4 of 2015.
