Abstract

  • This deflation occurs because of a decrease in prices shown by the decline in some expenditure group indices namely food, beverage and tobacco groups 1.96 percent; Clothing group and 0.13 percent footwear; Group equipment, equipment, and household routine maintenance 0.05 percent; and the health group of 0.96 percent. While the expenditure group experiencing inflation is a group of housing, water, electricity, and household fuel of 0.05 percent; transportation group of 0.02 percent; Information group, communication and financial services 0.08 percent; The recreational, sports and culture group is 0.38 percent; Food and beverage / restaurant supply groups 0.16 percent; and personal care groups and other services 0.16 percent.

  • The level of changes in the calendar year in September 2021 in Mamuju recorded the occurrence of inflation of 3.09 percent and the level of change in the year of the year (September 2021 against September 2020) showed an inflation of 3.14 percent.

  • Based on the results of the consumer price survey of 90 cities in Indonesia in September 2021, showing that 34 cities experienced inflation and 56 cities experienced deflation. The highest inflation occurred in the Pangkal Pinang of 0.60 percent and the lowest in Surakarta was 0.01 percent. While the highest deflation occurred in Gorontalo by 0.90 percent and the lowest in the hammer was 0.01 percent.
