Abstract

The results of registration for the 2016 Economic Census (SE2016) in West Sulawesi were 138.4 thousand non-agricultural businesses / companies grouped into 13 business field categories in accordance with the 2015 Indonesian Business Field Standard Classification (KBLI), an increase of 59.23 percent compared to the results of the Census Economy 2006 (SE2006), amounting to 86.9 thousand businesses / companies. When differentiated according to business scale, 137.53 thousand businesses / companies (99.36 percent) are Micro Small Business (MSE) and 0.89 thousand businesses / companies (0.64 percent) are Large Medium Enterprises (UMB).
