Abstract

The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of Bintang Hotels in West Sulawesi in the period of August 2014 reached 34.31 percent. Compared to July 2014 which amounted to 25.29 percent an increase of around 9.02 points. When compared with the same month the previous year which reached 25.76 percent, this had increased by around 8.55 points. Meanwhile TPK of Non-Star Hotels or other accommodations, in the period of August 2014 was 18.04 percent, or increased by 3.14 points from the previous month's condition namely July 2014 of 14.90 percent. Compared to August of the previous year, it showed an increase of 0.66 points, or 17.37 percent.
