Abstract

Number of flights through Sulawesi Barat during February 2012 reached 116 flights, which represented an increase of 34.88 percent when compared to the January 2012 that only 86 flights. Similarly, when compared with conditions in February the previous year that only 74 flights, meaning an increase of 56.76 percent

Number of air passengers departing and coming through Sulawesi Barat during February 2012 amounted to 4,673 people. When compared with a January 2012 that only 3,084 people, meaning the Month in February 2012 period increased at around 51.52 percent. Similarly, when compared with conditions in February the previous year only 3,027 people, this means an increase of 54.38 percent

Total goods unloaded and loaded through Padang Tampa Airport Sulawesi Barat during the month of February 2012 was 22 947 kg, which means an increase of about 19.18 percent when compared with the state of the Month in January 2012 which was recorded only at 19 254 kg. However, when compared with conditions in February the previous year which reached 39 610 kg, which means a decline of 42.07 percent.

Total cruise through western Sulawesi during the period of February 2012 as many as 172 units, which means the decline of about 8.02 percent when compared with the situation in January 2012 as many as 187 units. However, when compared with conditions in February the previous year that only 144 units had increased by 19.44 percent.

The number of passengers departing and ocean freight coming through Sulawesi Barat during the month of February 2012 around 4,156 people. When compared to the conditions in January 2012, which amounted to 5,209 people, had decreased approximately 20.22 per cent. However, when compared with conditions in February the previous year only 3,458 people this means an increase of 20.19 percent
