Abstract

Based on the results of the Consumer Price Survey of 66 cities in Indonesia in February 2011, there were 40 cities experiencing inflation and 26 other cities experiencing deflation. The highest inflation occurred in Singkawang 1.75 percent with CPI 130.14 and the lowest in Sukabumi 0.01 percent with CPI 125.28, while the highest deflation occurred in Sumenep 0.80 percent with CPI 122.05 and the lowest in Denpasar 0.01 percent with CPI 127.03. Meanwhile, with inflation of 1.15 percent and CPI 130.06 Mamuju ranked 4th among cities experiencing inflation.
