In this case, each hectare of rice field experienced an increase in production by an average of 4.31 quintal (10.15 percent) higher than productivity in 2005. The overall harvested area is expected to increase 1,957 hectares (3.04 percent) compared to the 2006 harvested area. While productivity is expected to increase by an average of 0.20 quintal / hectare or increase by 0.35 percent from 2006.
