SANTAPAN JEPA Q2 2026 Becomes a Forum for Idea Sharing and Strengthening Synergy at BPS Sulawesi Barat

Mamuju, 10 June 2026 – The Provincial Statistics Office of Sulawesi Barat (BPS-Statistics Indonesia of Sulawesi Barat Province) held the SANTAPAN JEPA (Relaxed Dialogue with Leadership for Generating Positive and Inspiring Ideas) activity for the second quarter of 2026 on Wednesday (10/6). The event served as a communication platform between management and all employees to gather constructive ideas, strengthen collaboration, and foster an innovative and participatory work culture.

In a relaxed yet productive atmosphere, employees were given the opportunity to share suggestions, insights, and solutions related to various challenges in carrying out their duties. This forum is expected to function as a two-way communication channel that encourages continuous improvement in organizational performance.

In his remarks, the Head of the Provincial Statistics Office of Sulawesi Barat emphasized that every idea contributed by employees holds significant value for organizational progress.

“SANTAPAN JEPA is not merely a discussion forum, but a space to listen to one another, exchange inspiration, and build collective solutions. We want every employee to have equal opportunities to contribute to the development of BPS Sulawesi Barat,” he stated.

One of the participants also expressed appreciation for the initiative.
